Through the preparation of the business plan, we were checking how successful a business idea referring to the production of unique high-quality craft wooden turned products can be. We have found out that currently two companies with a similar production programme are successfully operating on the local market, and there are more in the initial phase of business. Nesting boxes and products with a message are an innovation, and there are no competitors on the local market yet. They are interesting for new target groups of customers. The sales channels will be through stalls at social events, direct contacts with companies, and above all through the Internet and social networks, as the company intends to expand abroad as well. The company will enter the market with high price policy, which will guarantee the high quality and uniqueness of products. We have proved that the investment is refundable slightly more than four years with very high added value in the product. We can conclude that taking risks into account, the realization of the business idea can be very successful.
