Abstract
Zaključna naloga obravnava lasersko triangulacijo ter vzroke nastajanja raztrosa pri zajemanju varilne trajektorije. Uporabili smo industrijski robotski obdelovalni sistem s skenirno glavo za varjenje med preletom. Opravili smo meritve s spreminjanjem parametrov postavitve skenirne glave. Razvit je bil program, s katerim smo karakterizirali varilne trajektorije. Prvi parameter je bil vertikalni odmik merjenca od središča merilnega območja. Deviacija je bila največja v z smeri med 0,022 mm in 0,12 mm. Drugi parameter je bil nagib okoli robu merjenca. Največja deviacija je bila v y in z smeri med 0,006 mm in 0,019 mm.

Title:Characterization of welding trajectory measured with laser triangulation profilometer
Abstract:
The undergraduate thesis deals with laser triangulation and reasons for scatter of measured welding trajectory. We used industrial robotic operating system with scanning head for welding on the fly. We made measurements changing two parametrs of scanning head layout. Program had been developed and used for characterization of welding trajectory. First parameter was vertical deviation between meter and center of measurng area. Deviation in z direction was between 0,022 mm and 0,12 mm. Second parameter was inclination around the edge of the meter. The maximum deviation was in y and z direction between 0,006 mm and 0,019 mm.
