Abstract
Varjenje predstavlja nepogrešljiv del v proizvodnji končnih izdelkov, polizdelkov in vzdrževanju. Danes si ne moremo predstavljati proizvodnje, ki bi potekala brez tehnologij spajanja. Varjenje je najbolj razvit in prepoznaven način spajanja materialov v neločljivo zvezo. Varjenje delimo na veliko različnih postopkov, ki so odvisni od različnih značilnih parametrov. V prvem delu naloge smo natančno opisali rotacijsko, linearno, orbitalno in radialno varjenje s trenjem. V drugem delu smo se osredotočili na iskanje ponudnikov storitev varjenja s trenjem ter varilne in procesne parametre, ki se uporabljajo pri varjenju na varilnih napravah najdenih ponudnikov. V tretjem, zadnjem delu, smo na eksperimentalnem primeru rešili zastavljeni izziv prenosa aksialne sile v radialno silo preko prijemne glave.

Title:Friction welding
Abstract:
Welding represents an indispensable part in the production of finished products, semi-finished products and maintenance. Today, we cannot imagine a production without merging technologies. Welding is the most developed and recognizable way of connecting materials into an inseparable bond. Welding is divided into a wide variety of processes, which depend on different typical parameters. In the first part of the thesis, we described the rotation, linear, orbital and radial welding with friction. In the second part, we focused on the search of friction welding service providers and the welding and process parameters used for welding on welding machines of the found vendors. In the third, last part, we solved the posed challenge of transferring the axial force to the radial force over the clamping instrument.
