Konstruiranje protiboka eliptičnega zobnika

Konstruiranje protiboka pri neokroglih zobnikih je v primerjavi z okroglimi zobniki veliko kompleksnejše zaradi spreminjajoče se geometrije po obodu zobnika. Zato je raziskovanje tega področja predmet mnogih raziskav. V tej diplomski nalogi smo se lotili konstruiranja evolventnega protiboka eliptičnega zobnika z virtualnim sekanjem profila. Za izdelavo modelov smo uporabili program SOLIDWORKS. Izdelali smo eliptični zobniški par ter prikazali vrtenje zobniškega para. Izdelani zobniki so dosegali zadostno natančnost za analizo gibanja.

• Title: Designing of tooth profile of elliptical gear

Abstract

Designing the tooth profile of non-circular gears is in comparison to standard circular gears much more complex because of the changing geometry around the gear. Therefore, research in this field is the subject of many researches. In this final thesis we were designing the involute tooth profile of elliptical gear with virtual slotting of the profile. For modeling of gears we used SOLIDWORKS program. We made the elliptical gear pair and showed the rotation of that gear pair. The designed gears were sufficiently accurate for motion analysis.
