One of the main tools to succeed on the market is to introduct Total Productive Maintenance into company because it ensures big production achivements, improves workplace conditions and also improves workers satisfaction.
The main purpose of this thesis is to introduce TPM method into the company to ensure better products and to improve conditions on workplace. We expect less stoppages, machine errors and also to achive higher productivitiy. We can achive that with constant improvements and including all employees into this method.
Thesis represents basics of maintenance which TPM had developed from, basics of TPM and different kinds of introducing it into company. There is also described concrete procedure of introducing TPM into company.
