Abstract
Delo obravnava umerjanje in določitev karakteristike linearnega vibracijskega dodajalnika sipkih materialov. Vibracijski dodajalnik je namenjen enakomernemu in točnemu doziranju sipkih materialov v gibajoči tok zraka pri generaciji kontroliranega pnevmatskega transporta snovi. Kot preizkusni sipki material so bile uporabljene keramične kroglice, srednjega premera 0,2 mm. Izvedenih je bilo več preizkusov, pri čemer so se iskale karakteristike in mejne zmogljivosti dodajalnika. Dobljena karakteristika vibracijskega dodajalnika je veljavna samo za obravnavani sipki material.

Title:Characterization of linear vibratory feeder
Abstract:
The purpose of the seminar paper was to calibrate and characterize a linear vibratory feeder for bulk materials. A vibratory feeder is used for uniform and precise dosing of bulk materials into a moving air flow, generated by pneumatic transport of materials. The transported material used was ceramic beads with medium diameter of 0,2 mm. Measurements were made and with those the characteristics and capacity thresholds of the feeder determined. The characteristics of the feeder is valid for this bulk material only.
