Lasersko varjenje tekstilnega LDPE filma

Lasersko varjenje je v zadnjih letih vedno bolj v uporabi tudi v tekstilni industriji. Omogoča nam hitro spajanje materiala, brez praznin na območju spoja. LDPE film smo varili s CO2 pulznim laserjem in empirično poiskali najugodnejše varilske parametre. Zvare smo ovrednotili z nateznimi preizkusi. Raziskali smo vpliv geometrije zvara in spreminjanja parametrov na kakovost nastalega spoja. Izkazalo se je, da univerzalni parametri varjenja ne obstajajo, temveč so odvisni od geometrije zvara in podlage na kateri varimo.

• Title: Laser welding of textile LDPE film

Abstract

Laser welding has been increasingly used in the textile industry in recent years. It allows us to rapidly join the entire material in the line of joining, without gaps in the joint area. The LDPE film was welded using CO2 pulsed laser. We empirically searched for the best welding parameters and evaluated welds with tensile tests. We explored the influence of the weld geometry and the variation of parameters on the quality of the resulting weld. It turns out that universal welding parameters do not exist, but are dependent on the geometry of the welded joint, the material and type of supporting table.
