The main goal of my thesis was to determine the condition of the energy efficiency of the building and to put in place certain measures that would improve them on the case of a selected cultural monumentally protected single-family farm house in Spodnji Brnik. At the begining I recorded and examined the existing state of the structural components and the individual parts for further analysis. In the online program, I checked the existing and proposed constructional elements with which I influenced the later calculated energy balance results. I predicted two proposals for energy renewal in order to check the economy of certain interventions.
