Developments of technology lead to fast changes of daily accessories that people use in their society. For this reason I decided to develop a bag to be used by women with hectic life style. Within this paper, I present the history of a woman’s bag and the influence of woman’s emancipation on its development. I display similarities that can be found on the market comparing backpacks and hand luggage. I tried to decrease the mass of the bag by fixation of carbon fibers and I executed the rubbing fastness test in the experimental part. By use of interviews I proved or disproved the research questions about the woman’s bag and, based on acquired result, I elaborated the interior. I modeled the external design in a shape of a woman’s body. In the closing part of the paper I designed the Regulata bag collection.
