Abstract
Veliko raziskav, na temo telesna dejavnost otrok, kaže, da pogosta vadba vpliva na razvoj gibalnih sposobnosti. Kakovostno treniranje najmlajših nogometašev je zahtevno, zahteva dobro izobraženega trenerja in je zelo pomembno, saj vpliva na njihov nadaljnji razvoj, posledično na njihovo športno kariero. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti, ali se gibalne sposobnosti otrok, ki trenirajo nogomet v klubu, razlikujejo od tistih, ki obiskujejo le interesno dejavnost – nogomet. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 32 otrok, 16 otrok je vključenih v vadbo nogometa v nogometnem klubu Kamnik, ostalih 16 pa obiskuje interesno dejavnost – krožek nogometa. Uporabili smo baterijo 5 testov, ki merijo nogometno in osnovno motoriko, pridobljene rezultate smo obdelali s pomočjo statističnega programa SPSS. Ugotovili smo, da obstajajo razlike v gibalnih sposobnostih med otroci, ki trenirajo v klubu in otroci, ki obiskujejo interesno dejavnost. Otroci, ki trenirajo v klubu so v povprečju dosegali precej boljše rezultate pri hitrem teku s spremembo smeri in vodenju žoge s spremembo smeri. Medtem, ko v ostalih testih, pri šprintu na 20 metrov, skoku v daljino z mesta in poligonu nazaj, vzpenjanje-spuščanje, presenetljivo v povprečju boljše rezultate dosegali otroci z interesne dejavnosti. Toda razlike pri teh treh testih med skupinama, so bile manjše, v primerjavi z razlikami med obema skupinama ostalih dveh testov.

Title:Motor skills of eight-year-old children included in soccer practice
Abstract:
Most research on physical activity of children shows that frequent physical activity affects the development of motor abilities. Quality work with the youngest soccer players is a very difficult task that requires a well-educated coach and it is very important, because further develepoment depends on it, especially on their sports career. Our goal was to establish whether the physical abilities of children who practice soccer in FC Kamnik differ from those who practice soccer at extra curriculum sport activities. 32 children participated in research, 16 was included in soccer practice in FC Kamnik, the other 16 was included in soccer practice at extra curriculum sport activities. 5 tests that measures basic and soccer motor abilities, were used in our research. The obtained results were analyzed with the SPSS statistical program. The data showed that there are some statistical differences between both groups. Pupils, who train football in FC Kamnik, in average, achieved better results in fast direction changing run and ball control with direction changing. While pupils, who practice soccer at extra curriculum sport activities, were surprisingly better in 20 meters sprint, standing long jump and in backwards obstacle course, ascending and descending. But differences between groups in this three tests were smaller, than differences between groups in other two tests.
