Analiza vpliva parametrov brizganja na deformacije plastične krtače

Med procesom injekcijskega brizganja se plastični izdelki lahko krčijo in zvijajo, kar povzroči ne zaželjeno spremembo geometrije. Te napake povzroča več vplivov. Metodologija dela sloni na simulacijah brizganja, spreminjanju parametrov brizganja in sistematičnemu pristopu z metodo načrtovanja eksperimentov. Najboljši rezultate smo dobili pri visoki hitrosti pomika polža in nizki temperaturi orodja. Kljub temu, ti rezultati niso zadostni za odpravo napake.

• Title: Analysis of injection moulding parameters on the deformations of plastic bristles

Abstract

During the injection moulding process polymers are subject to shrinking and warping which cause unwanted change of geometry. These defects can be caused by many factors. The work methodology is based on injection moulding simulations, changing injection moulding parameters and systematic approach with design of experiments. We got the best results with the combination of high velocity of the screw and low temperature of the mould. Nevertheless, these results are not enough to solve our problem.
