Abstract
Zaključna naloga obravnava vpliv različnih tehnoloških parametrov na preoblikovalne lastnosti aluminijevih zlitin. Glavni poudarek je na ugotavljanju vpliva temperature in hitrosti preoblikovanja. S tlačnim preizkusom pri sobni temperaturi smo raziskovali preoblikovalno sposobnost zlitine AW 6082. Preizkus je bil izveden pri več različnih hitrostih deformacije in pri časih naravnega staranja od 1 do 10000 minut. Ugotovili smo, da spreminjanje hitrosti deformacije nima opaznega vpliva na velikost in potek napetosti tečenja. Rezultati preizkusa s toplotno obdelanimi vzorci so pokazali, da se mehanske lastnosti zlitine s časom staranja izboljšujejo. Napetost tečenja pa tudi po daljšem času ni dosegla tako visoke vrednosti, kot so jo imeli vzorci pred toplotno obdelavo.

Title:
Influences on heat treatment and forming parameters of wrought aluminum alloys
Abstract:
The influence of forming temperature and strain rate on forming characteristics of aluminum alloys was investigated. Upsetting tests of AW 6082 alloy were carried out at room temperature. First group of samples of as delivered material was tested at different strain rates. Samples in the second group were tested at different natural aging time from 1 to 10000 minutes. The results showed that shape of true stress-true strain curves and values of flow stress didn't change noticeably at different strain rates. In case of naturally aged samples, mechanical properties improved during aging process. However, naturally aged samples reached lower flow stress values than samples without heat treatment, even after long aging time.
