Abstract
Glavni namen te zaključne naloge je postavitev modela krivljenja jeklene žice pri različnih krivinskih radijih. Popisan je vpliv radija na krivljenje žice. Eksperimentalni del je obravnaval štiri različne radije ter dva različna materiala pri treh različnih premerih žice. Kot krivljenja je bil naprej nastavljen na 90° ter nato zaradi elastičnega izravnavanja korigiran, da smo dobili pravih 90°. Rezultat so eksperimentalno določene krivulje korekcije kota v odvisnosti od radija krivljenja za določene materiale, ki nam povedo potrebno korekcijo za dosego pravega kota.

Title:
Model of wire bending at different bending radii
Abstract:
The main goal of this final thesis in setting up a model of wire bending considering different bending radii. We monitored and listed the impact of different radii of wire bending. For the experimental part 4 different bending radii and 2 different materials at 3 different diameters were used. Wire was first bent at an nominal angle of 90, then due to springback effect the angle was corrected to achieve the actual angle of 90°. As a result we got experimentaly determined curves for specific materials that show the correction needed to achieve the actual angle of 90°.
