Nižanje lastne cene izdelka z metodami vitkosti

Glavni cilj, ki smo ga želeli prikazati v zaključnem delu, je znižana lastna cena izdelka, ki smo jo dosegli z metodami vitkosti. Izdelek, na katerem smo obravnavali lastno ceno, je vodilo niti, ki ga uporabljajo v predilnih strojih. Izdelava vodila niti je sestavljena iz sedmih postopkov obdelave. Pri določenih obdelavah smo z metodami vitkosti znižali pripravljalni čas ter čas za izvedbo operacije, ki nam je posledično znižala stroške izdelave, ki vplivajo na lastno ceno. Rezultat nove lastne cene, ki smo jo znižali za 13%, se je pokazal v tem, da je podjetju povečal dobiček za 34%.

• Title: Reduction of the product's own price with lean methods

Abstract

The main goal, which we wanted to show in the diploma is to reduce the own price of the product, which we achieved with lean methods. The product on which we dealt with our own price is the guide thread used in spinning machines. The production of thread guides consists of seven machining operations. With lean methods, we reduced the processing time and time for the operation, which consequently reduced the production costs that effect our own price. The result of the new own price, which was reduced by 13%, was that it increased profits by 34 %.
