Abstract
Namen zaključne naloge je simulirati idejno zasnovo plastične sponke, ki je izdelana z injekcijskim brizganjem in sestoji iz enega kosa. Cilj naloge je opredeliti, ali je idejna konstrukcijska rešitev ustrezna za nadomestitev klasične plastične sponke. Potrebno je izbrati ustrezen material, določiti silo stiska, napetostno stanje ščipalke ter ugotoviti, ali so deformacije povračljive. Numerični preračuni so izvedeni v programskem paketu Abaqus po metodi končnih elementov (MKE). Glede na rezultate analiz so bile predlagane možne izboljšave.

Title:Stress-strain analysis of clothespin conceptual design
Abstract:
The purpose of this final work is to simulate conceptual plastic clothespin which is produced by injection moulding and consists of one piece. The goal of the work is to determine whether the conceptual design solution is a suitable replacement for a conventional plastic clothespin.It is necessary to select the appropriate material, determine the squeezing force, stress state, and find out whether the deformations are recoverable. Numerical calculations were performed in the Abaqus program using the finite element method (FEM). Possible improvements were proposed according to the results of the analyzes.
