Abstract
V okviru diplomske naloge smo predstavili uporovno točkovno varjenje in postopek TIG na področju varjenja nerjavnega jekla različnih debelin. Osredotočili smo se na predel zvarnega spoja, pri čemer je bila ustreznost le tega ključnega pomena. Izhajali smo iz obstoječega sistema, ter na podlagi raziskav prikazali še predlagani sistem postavitve. Uporovno točkovno varjenje smo opravili na obstoječem in predlaganem sistemu. Varjenje po postopku TIG pa smo z najbolj primernimi parametri opravili samo na predlagani postavitvi. Za oba postopka smo z metalografskimi metodami raziskali še ustreznost zvarne točke. Prikazali smo, kako bi lahko z novo postavitvijo zmanjšali možnost za napake in obenem skrajšali postopek brušenja, saj ne bi bilo potrebne tako obsežne obdelave. Na podlagi tega bi lahko predvsem znižali ceno končnega izdelka in zmanjšali število neustreznih končnih izdelkov.

Title:
An analysis of welding technology of stainless steel water resistant products
Abstract:
In this thesis, we presented resistance spot welding and TIG procedure in the field of welding of stainless steels of different thicknesses. We focused on the welding area, where the relevance of this was of key importance. We proceeded from the existing setup, and on the basis of the research we presented the proposed setup. Resistance spot welding was performed on the existing and proposed setup. TIG welding was carried out with the most suitable parameters on the proposed layout. For both processes, we used the metallographic methods to investigate the welding point's suitability. We showed how the new layout could reduce the possibility of errors and at the same time shorten the grinding process, as no extensive material removal is required. On this basis, we could in particular lower the price of the finished product and reduce the number of inadequate final products.
