V zaključni nalogi Razvoj uspešnega projektnega tima bomo spoznali, kaj je tim in kaj skupina ter razliko med skupino in timom. Predstavili bomo zgradbo tima, timske vloge, lastnosti posameznih članov, bolezni, motivacijo, kaj je in kako deluje virtualni tim ter delovanje v konfliktih. Analiziran tim ima vseh devet timskih vlog. Obvladuje svoje delo. Je delno motiviran. Tim ima bolezen nezanimanja za rezultate. Zmožen je za učinkovito timsko delo.

Abstract

In the final task under the topic Development of a successful project team, we will find out what the team and the group are. Difference between group and team. We will present the structure of the team, the team roles, the characteristics of individual members, the diseases, the motivation, what is and how the virtual team works and the operation in conflicts. The team analyzed has all nine team roles. He is mastering his work. It is partially motivated. The team has a disease of disinterest in the results. He is capable of effective teamwork.
