V podjetju se menjave orodij izvajajo zelo pogosto, saj se zahteve kupcev hitro spreminjajo. Če želimo temu dobro slediti, je zaželeno, da je čas menjave orodij čim krajši. Skozi zaključno nalogo prikazujemo vpeljavo metode SMED v podjetje, kjer smo z njeno implementacijo dosegli 57 % skrajšanje časa menjave orodja.

Abstract

In the company we have a lot of changeovers, because requirements of customers can quickly change. If we want to follow the requirments, it is good to have quick changeovers. Through this final theses we are showing implementation of method SMED in the company and with this method we reduced time of changeover for 57 %.
