Abstract
V zaključni nalogi obravnavamo projektno obvladovanje infrastrukturnega objekta, na primeru gradnje enodružinske hiše. Želimo, da bo bodočim graditeljem v oporo pri gradnji, časovnem sosledju aktivnosti in pri praktičnem izračunu stroškov nastalih med gradnjo. Za podroben prikaz projektnega obvladovanja, smo uporabili organizacijsko členitev dela, strukturirano členitev dela, matriko odgovornosti, aktivnostni mrežni diagram, analizo časov, transplan in kapacitetni profil. Delo smo si lajšali z uporabo programa MS project, ki je istočasno preračunaval čase in stroške na projektu.

Title:
Project control of infrastructural object
Abstract:
In this bachelor's degree we will talk about project managment in infrastructual object, on the case of building a family house. We wanted to give future builders support, so that they would involve knowledge of project management into their project of building. This knowledge would give easier overview of the phases of building and the costs each phase has. We used OBS, WBS, responsibility matrix, diagram of actitvities, time analysys, capacity profile and transplan. For all the things, we used MS project, which was a huge help, because the programe calculated the costs and times simoltaneously.
