Analiza kart slovenskega ozemlja 18. in 19. stoletja : diplomska naloga

V diplomski nalogi smo sestavili okviren pregled kart slovenskega ozemlja 18. in 19. stoletja. Na obravnavanih kartah smo analizirali prikaz izbranih kartografskih elementov in njihovo generalizacijo. Pri tem smo se osredotočili na prikaz oblikovanosti površja, naselij in grajenih objektov, komunikacij in vodovja. Sestavili smo preglednice uporabljenih postopkov kartografske generalizacije na posameznih kartah. Prav tako smo opravili kratek opis generalizacije v sodobnem času in jo primerjali z generalizacijo v obravnavanem obdobju.

Abstract

In the thesis, we have compiled a brief overview of the maps of Slovenian territory in 18th and 19th century. We have analysed the chosen cartographic elements and their generalisation. Our focus has been depiction of surface, towns and buildings, communication infrastructure and waters. We have compiled the charts of all procedures used in cartographic generalisation on each map. Additionally we have prepared a description of the cartographic generalisation in modern era and conducted a comparison with cartographic generalisation in 18th and 19th century.
