Abstract

Title:CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN THE SELECTED ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT
Abstract:
We must be aware of the fact that where are people are also possible conflicts. So they can not be avoided, but we can learn how to effectively resolve them. Successful conflict resolution is becoming today a fundamental task of any organization. In this thesis I will therefore put forward guidelines for resolving conflicts and ways of coping with them. Just as people perceive conflicts very differently as well as the formal definitions are not uniform. The various definitions of conflict will therefore be analyzed in more detail from the professional point of view and regarding the types of conflicts. In addition to the different types of conflicts, you will also learn about conflicts, which come from the mismatch of the elements. The causes of the conflict can be different, which I will discuss below. It is very important that in case of a conflict situation we try to do something and not wait for the conflict to resolve itself. I will also gradually present single processes about resolving conflicts namely: pairing with the situation, creating positive environment, defining the problem, finding the solution and execution of the solution. Over time, the view of the conflict varied, so it is important mindset that every conflict can be resolved regardless of where and by whom it is caused. The conflict does not have merely negative characteristics, but also positive ones, which we are usually not aware of enough. The key to the successful organization is in good relationships.
