Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen vpliv rezalnih sil pri rezanju mehkega materiala. V uvodu je predstavljena in vrednotena ostrina rezila, ki je eden od glavnih parametrov pri rezanju materialov. Opisan je tudi postopek rezanja, vrste rezil, kinematika rezila, vpliv rezalnih sil, ter že opravljene metode in testi. Potem so predstavljene rezalne sile, ki se pojavijo med rezanjem in na kakšen način se jih lahko zmanjša. Eksperimentalni del vsebuje opis merilnega sistema, ki smo ga uporabili za merjenje zarezne sile in spreminjanje kota zasuka rezila, pod katerim se je rezalo material, ter pridobljene rezultate, ki kažejo, kako kinematika in ostrina noža vplivata na rezalne sile pri rezanju mehkega materiala. V zaključku diplomskega dela so podane ugotovitve in optimalni parametri za rezanje mehkih materialov.

Title:The influence of kitchen machine blade wear and kinematics on the incision force
Abstract:
The thesis discusses the influence of cutting force when cutting soft materials. In the introduction the sharpness of the blade is presented and evaluated, which is one of the main factors when cutting materials. The cutting process, types of blades, blade kinematics, impact of cutting forces, already existing and carried out tests and methods are also described. Then the cutting forces that occur during cutting are presented and how they can be reduced. The experimental part contains a description of the measurement system, which was used to measure the incision force when changing the angle of a blade under which the material was cut. The obtained results clearly show how the kinematics and the sharpness of the blade is affected by the cutting forces when cutting soft materials. In conclusion the findings and optimum parameters for cutting soft materials are given.
