Zelena infrastruktura - koncept in načrtovalski preizkus na primeru Savinjske statistične regije

Magistrska naloga obravnava koncept zelene infrastrukture v povezavi s prostorskim načrtovanjem. Predstavljena so razlikovanja med navidezno podobnimi pojmi; zelene površine, zeleni sistem in zelena infrastruktura. Opisane so sestavine, elementi in opredeljene so funkcije zelene infrastrukture. Načrtovalski proces je predstavljen v dveh delih. V prvem delu so predstavljena načela in evropska dimenzija načrtovanja zelene infrastrukture. Opisani so različni pristopi k načrtovanju zelene infrastrukture s poudarkom na regionalni ravni. Drugi del načrtovanja zelene infrastrukture je vezan na primer Savinjske statistične regije. Za umestitev koncepta zelene infrastrukture v proces načrtovanja so predstavljena načrtovalska izhodišča državnih, regionalnih in lokalnih strateških dokumentov. Opisani sta prostorska in razvojna analiza Savinjske statistične regije. Na podlagi analiz različnih strokovnih podlag je izdelan in opisan koncept načrtovanja zelene infrastrukture na primeru Savinjske statistične regije.

• Title: Green infrastructure - the concept and the planning attemp in the case of Savinjska statistical region

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the green infrastructure concept in conjunction with the spatial planning. It presents the difference between apparently similar concepts such as green areas, a green system and green infrastructure. It contains the description of the green infrastructure components, elements and functions. The planning process is presented in two parts. The first part describes the principles and the European dimension of green infrastructure planning. It describes different green infrastructure planning approaches with focus on the regional level. The second part of the green infrastructure planning is correlated to the case of Savinjska statistical region. For the placement of the green infrastructure concept in the spatial planning process there are presented planning guidelines of national, regional and local strategic documents. It also contains description of spatial and development analysis of Savinjska statistical region. Based on the analysis of different proffesional premises the concept of green infrastructure is made and decribed in the case of Savinjska statistical region.
