Abstract
Delo obravnava tlačne izgube v prenosnikih toplote pasterizatorjev mleka. Za meritve tlačnih izgub smo zasnovali merilno verigo in, pri različnih pretokih vode, izmerili izgube na več različnih prenosnikih toplote. Naredili smo odtis oblike prenosnika toplote in izračunali njegov hidravlični premer. S pomočjo Reynoldsovega števila smo določili tokovne režime. Izdelali smo empirični model za izračune tlačnih izgub za različne prenosnike toplote, s pomočjo katerega lahko izberemo primerno črpalko. Rezultate smo medsebojno primerjali in ovrednotili.

Title:Analysis of pressure loss in heat exchanger in pasteurizers
Abstract:
In the present thesis, analysis of pressure loss in heat exchangers in pasteurizers is presented. For measuring of the pressure losses, measurement system was conceived. Losses were measured on various heat exchangers at different water flow rates. Footprints of heat exchangers surfaces were made and hydraulic diameters were calculated. With calculated Reynolds numbers flow regimes were determined. Empirical model for the calculation of pressure losses was developed for easier selection of the suitable pump. Results were compared and evaluated.
