PRENOVA PROCESA PRIDOBITVE HIPOTEKARNEGA KREDITA

Diplomsko delo obravnava proces pridobitve hipotekarnega kredita v Novi Ljubljanski banki, d. d. Problem obstoječega procesa pridobitve hipotekarnega kredita predstavljajo aktivnosti na posameznih oddelkih, ki jih je mogoče združiti z istočasnim izvajanjem, zato se diplomsko delo osredotoča na prenovo obstoječega postopka. V prvem delu predstavim problem procesa, cilje in namen diplomskega dela. V drugem delu predstavim teoretično podlago, da bi bolje razumeli poslovni proces. Opisane so faze prenove poslovnega procesa, cilji in namen prenove ter modeliranje in tehnike. Opisana je tudi organizacija, v kateri se poslovni proces izvaja. Zadnji del temelji na obstoječem postopku, v katerem s pomočjo programa IGrafx, torej z rezultati simulacij, ugotovim slabosti. Na podlagi rezultatov izvedem prenovo obstoječega postopka ter dobim prenovljeni postopek in ga analiziram, ali je postopek hitrejši od obstoječega. S tem potrdim zastavljeno hipotezo.

• Title: BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING OBTAINING A MORTGAGE

Abstract

This thesis deals with the acquisition of a mortgage credit at Nova Ljubljanska banka, d.d. The main issue of the existing process of acquiring such a credit is the amount of activities in individual departments that could be merged by performing them simultaneously. The first part discusses the issue of the process and presents the goals and the purpose of the thesis. The second part contains the theoretical grounds for better understanding of the business process. It also describes the phases of renewing the business process, the goals and the purpose of the renovation, and modelling and techniques. Moreover, it provides insight into the organisation which has the said business process in place. The final part attempts to determine the weaknesses of the existing process using IGrafix simulation software. The results are used for the renovation of the procedure, which is analysed in order to determine whether it is faster than before. The hypothesis was confirmed.
