Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili umerjanje digitalnega multimetra za merjenje enosmernega električnega toka in napetosti. Opredelili smo postopek umerjanja in obdelave rezultatov umerjanja. Izdelali smo nadzorni program, ki omogoča komunikacijo z digitalnim multimetrom ter obdelavo in shranjevanje podatkov. Umerjanje digitalnega multimetra smo izvedli pri različnih temperaturah z namenom, da ovrednotimo vpliv okoliške temperature na merilnik. Analizirali smo rezultate umerjanj in ovrednotili razširjeno merilno negotovost pri merjenju električne napetosti in toka. Izkazalo se je, da temperatura vpliva samo na meritve električnega toka. Ocenili smo tudi merilno zmogljivost digitalnega multimetra v umerjanem temperaturnem območju.

Title:
Calibration and evaluation of measuring performance for direct voltage and current meter
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis the calibration of a digital multimeter for measurement of direct electrical voltage and current is presented. A calibration procedure and evaluation of the calibration results were defined. A control program that allows us to communicate with a digital multimeter and is also used for post-processing and storing of data was developed. The calibration of digital multimeter was carried out at different temperatures with intention to evaluate the influence of the ambient temperature. The results of calibration and evaluated the measurement uncertainty for measurement of electrical voltage and current were analysed. It was shown that the temperature influences only the measurement of electrical current. Also the measurement capability of the digital multimeter in the calibrated temperature range was evaluated.
