Abstract
Certifikat Družini prijazno podjetje je nastal kot rešitev čedalje težjega usklajevanje poklicnih in družinskih obveznosti zaposlenih v različnih organizacijah. Zaradi neusklajenosti poklicnega in družinskega življenja namreč pogosteje prihaja do konfliktov, zdravstvenih težav, nezadovoljstva in slabšega razvoja zaposlenih. Z uvajanjem družini prijaznih praks organizacije delujejo družbeno odgovorno, saj poudarjajo skrb za zaposlene in njihove družine. Namen diplomskega dela je bil proučiti stanje na področju zaposlenim prijaznega delovnega okolja v izbranih slovenskih organizacijah ljubljanske regije s certifikatom Družini prijazno podjetje. Z metodo anketiranja se je želelo ugotoviti, kako zaposleni ocenjujejo zadovoljstvo pri delu, zadovoljstvo z neposrednim vodjem in vodstvom organizacije, kakšen je njihov odnos do dela ter kakšna je njihova splošna ocena zadovoljstva po pridobljenem certifikatu in vpeljevanju izbranih ukrepov za izboljšanje delovnega okolja organizacije. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so zaposleni po uvedbi ukrepov na delovnem mestu zadovoljnejši, po priljubljenosti izstopajo ukrepi na področju večje časovne fleksibilnosti, izboljšana medsebojna komunikacija pri delu ter aktivnosti, ki jih organizacija nudi zaposlenim in njihovim družinskim članom. Več pozornosti bi bilo treba nameniti ukrepom s področja dela na daljavo in finančnemu spodbujanju družinskih članov. Na podlagi rezultatov se lahko potrdijo dolgoročni pozitivni ukrepi vpeljave družini prijaznih praks, kar se kaže v boljši organizacijski klimi, izboljšani produktivnosti zaposlenih, zmanjšani odsotnosti z dela ter okrepljenem občutku pripadnosti organizaciji. Rezultati diplomskega dela prispevajo k večjemu splošnemu zavedanju o prednostih in pomembnosti vpeljave ukrepov s področja usklajevanja poklicnega in družinskega življenja v organizacije.

Title:Comparison of results of project Family Friendly Enterprise in selected Slovenian organisations
Abstract:
Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate emerged as an answer to increasing difficulty of balancing professional and family obligations on the part of employees in various organisations. The lack of coordination between work and family life often leads to conflicts, health issues, dissatisfaction and poor development in the workplace. By introducing family friendly practices, organisations act in a socially responsible manner, since they emphasize a genuine concern for their employees and their family members. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the existing working conditions within organizations that have acquired the Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate and are located in the region of Ljubljana. A survey among employees was used to assess how workers themselves evaluate work satisfaction, satisfaction with their superior and the entire leadership of the organization, their attitude toward work and general satisfaction after the organization acquired the certificate and introduced measures to improve working environment. The results of the study show that after certain measures were introduced, there was an increase in workplace satisfaction. Most popular are the measures concerning a more flexible working schedule, improved interpersonal communication at work and activities provided by the organization for employees as well as their family members. Further measures should be taken to give employees the opportunity to work from a remote location and to provide financial incentive to their family members. Based on these results, long-term positive impact of introducing family friendly practices can be confirmed, which can be observed in improved corporate climate, increased productivity, decrease in work absence and an increased sense of belonging to the organisation. Results of the thesis aim to contribute to a strengthened general awareness of advantages and importance of introducing measures in the field of balancing work and family life.
