VPLIV POLITIKE IN GOSPODARSTVA NA POSLOVODENJE NOGOMETNIH KLUBOV V ITALIJI

Nogomet že dlje časa ni več samo športna panoga, zato diplomsko delo raziskuje vpliv politike in gospodarstva na upravljanje nogometnih klubov. Preplet subkjetov iz politične, športne in gospodarske sfere je tako močan, da je meja med športom ter gospodarstvom zaradi ogromne količine kapitala in vpliva politike zelo tanka ali celo izbrisana. Poleg tega je mogoče sklepati, da je v današnjem nogometu pomembnost financ dosegla in mogoče celo presegla pomembnost samih športnih rezultatov. V diplomski nalogi se sprašujem, kaj vse poleg športnih rezultatov vpliva na okolje športne organizacije in ali sta se razvoj in sprememba vodenja nogometnih klubov v Italiji zgodila predvsem zaradi uspešne ter učinkovite politike in ogromne moči kapitala. Skušal bom predstaviti razliko med stanjem nogometnih klubov v preteklosti in sedanjosti. Nogomet kot šport in nogomet kot poslovna priložnost vsebujeta pravila obnašanja, za katera je zaželjeno, da se upoštevajo. Pričakovanja o pravičnem poslovanju kluba bi morali enačiti s pričakovanji o moralnem ravnanju na igrišču, vendar zaradi političnih in gospodarskih vplivov ni vedno tako. Globalno na nogomet vplivajo regionalne in nacionalne razlike ter osebne okoliščine, kar otežuje objektivno etično linijo. Etične standarde je težko jasno opredeliti, vendar etika zaznamuje naša dejanja veliko bolj kot bo pravo kadarkoli. V obdobju trženja nogometne industrije smo priča postopni neustreznosti nekaterih strokovnjakov. Vloge vodij so se postopoma začele spreminjati predvsem zaradi neizogibnih gospodarskih in finančnih interesov.

• Title: THE IMPACT OF POLITICS AND ECONOMY ON FOOTBALL CLUBS MANEGEMENT IN ITALY

Abstract

Football is no longer only a sport nowadays, therefore this thesis wants to analize the influence of politics and economy on the management of football clubs. The intertwining of the political, sports and economical spheres is so strong that, due to the huge amounts of capital and the impact of policy, the "border" between sports and economy is very thin or barely visible. This seems to suggest that in today's football the importance of finances is surpassing the importance of sports results. We wonder what, besides sports results, can have an impact on the environment of sports organizations and wheather the development or change of management of football clubs in Italy occurred mainly due to the effective and efficient policies and the huge power of capital. I will try to present the difference between the state of football club in the past and the present. Football as a sport and football as a business have determined rules of behavior, which have to be followed. Expectations for a fair management of a club should be equated with the expectations for a moral conduction of the matches, but due to the political and economical impact, it does not always happen. Global football is being affected by regional and national differences as well as personal circumstances, making it difficult for the survival of the objective ethical line. It is difficult to clearly define ethical standards, but ethics is marked by our actions much more than the law, at any time. In the postmarketing football industry, we are witnessing the gradual inadequacy of some experts. The role of the leaders has gradually started to change mainly due to the inevitable economical and financial interests.
