Abstract
V pričujočem delu je predstavljeno zaviranje pretvorniško napajanega asinhronskega stroja, podrobneje pa je analizirano zaviranje s pomočjo izgub stroja oziroma t.i. "AC braking". Delo je razdeljeno na dva glavna sklopa. V prvem sklopu je predstavljen s pomočjo programskega paketa Matlab/Simulink razvit model asinhronskega stroja ter opravljene meritve in izračuni za pridobitev parametrov realnega asinhronskega stroja. V drugem sklopu so izdelanemu modelu dodani regulatorji zaviranja ter izvedeno simulirano zaviranje z različnimi uporabljenimi parametri, rezultati simulacij pa so med seboj primerjani in ovrednoteni. Pri analizi rezultatov simulacij zaviranja so se pokazali določeni trendi, ki so tekom izdelave naloge služili kot vodilo za nadaljnjo usmeritev fokusa simulacij.

Title:
Breaking of inverter fed induction motor
Abstract:
The thesis addresses braking of a variable frequency drive fed induction machine, with a focus on loss braking, also known as "AC braking". The work is divided into two main parts. In the first part the induction machine model, developed using the Matlab/Simulink software package, is presented, along with the laboratory measurements and calculations necessary to obtain the model parameters of a real induction machine. In the second part regulators are added to the model and simulations are carried out using different parameters, with the results then being mutually compared and evaluated. During the analyses of braking simulation results certain trends were shown, which served as a guideline when selecting the focus for further simulations.
