Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen projekt grafičnega preoblikovanja embalaže izdelkov znamke Jasmin. Izvedla ga je oglaševalska agencija, ki je bila izbrana s strani naročnika, to je podjetja Tosama d.o.o. Namen projekta je bil združitev treh obstoječih blagovnih znamk v eno, tako da se videz vseh obstoječih embalaž posodobi in tudi poveže. Cilj projekta je predstavljen v eksperimentalnem delu, kjer so opisane metode in izhodišča za oblikovanje nove grafične podobe embalaž in združitev blagovnih znamk. Rezultati projekta so predstavljeni v dveh delih. Prvi del je sestavljen iz agencijskih predlogov vizualne predstavitve preoblikovanja blagovne znamke. Drugi del je osredotočen na tržno komunikacijo in se je začel, ko so bile nove in prenovljene embalaže na policah v trgovinah. V zaključku diplomske naloge je predstavljen kratek opis izvedbe projekta ter predstavitev predlogov, kako bi projekt lahko izboljšali.

Title:Project management of graphic redesign of packaging
Abstract:
This thesis describes a project management of graphic redesign of packaging for new brand Jasmin. Project was carried out in an advertising agency, which was chosen by the client, Tosama d.o.o. The purpose of the project is to combine the three existing brands into one, so that the appearance of all existing packaging will be updated and connected. The aim of the project is presented in the experimental part, which describes the methods and bases for designing a new graphic design for packaging and merging three brands into one. The project results are presented in two parts. The first part are the agency's proposals of a visual presentation of graphic redesinging of the brand packaging. The second part is focused on marketing communications and has only started when they were new and refurbished packaging on the shelves in stores. In conclusion of this project management is summarized evaluation of the project, which is a description and presentation of proposals on how the project could be improved.
