Izdelava vpenjalnega sistema za merjenje »Rail cover top« in »Rail cover bottom« pri jurišni puški REX AKB-15

V podjetju Arex d.o.o. bomo začeli s proizvodnjo jurišne puške REX AKB-15, zaradi česar se bodo začeli izdelovati tudi novi kosi. Ker je v orožarski industriji natančnost zelo pomembna, je tudi za nas pomembno, da imamo kvalitetno kontrolo kakovosti, ki jo lahko zagotovimo le z ustreznimi merilnimi pripomočki. Lotili smo se izdelave vpenjalnega sistema za merjenje dveh izmed največjih in najtežjih kosov za izdelavo pri tej jurišni puški in skozi celotno zaključno nalogo dokumentirali izdelavo vpenjalnega sistema, od ideje do končnega izdelka ter jo na koncu tudi preverili.

Abstract

In company Arex d.o.o. we will start a production of REX AKB-15 assult rifle, so additional new pieces will have to be manufactured. In arms industry, precision is the key to success, so it is very important to us, that we have good quality control, which we can provide only with help of good measurment devices and systems. We made a clamping device for two of the biggest and most difficult pieces to manufacture for this assult rifle, and documented the whole process of making it, from the idea to finnished product and also testing it in the end.
