Abstract
V sklopu diplomske naloge smo za potrebe podjetja Pro Acta, d. o. o., izdelali spletno aplikacijo za ocenjevanje zaposlenih v posameznem podjetju ali organizaciji po metodi ocenjevanja 360 stopinj. Ocenjevanje po metodi 360 stopinj, ki je znana tudi kot metoda več ocenjevalcev ali povratna informacija iz več virov, je eden izmed glavnih trendov zadnjega desetletja na področju ravnanja z ljudmi. Aplikacijo smo izdelali z uporabo ogrodja Laravel ter nekaterih drugih odprtokodnih modulov in knjižnic. V prvem delu je opisano ocenjevanje po metodi 360 stopinj, kako deluje, kako jo izvajamo ter njene prednosti in slabosti. V drugem delu pa je opisan postopek načrtovanja in izdelave aplikacije, tehnologija in orodja, ki so bila uporabljena za izdelavo aplikacije, izdelava ključnih rešitev ter končni rezultat uporabe aplikacije.

Title:Creating a Web Application For 360° Feedback
Abstract:
For the needs of the company Pro Acta, d. o. o., we created as part of the thesis, a web application for evaluation of employees in an individual company or organization, using the assessment method 360 degree feedback. Evaluating by the 360 degree feedback, known also as multi-rater feedback or multi source feedback, is one of the main trends in the managemant of human resources. We created the application by using Laravel framework and some other open source modules and libraries. In the first part of the thesis, we described evaluation by using the 360 degree feedback method, how it works, how we perform it and also advantages and disadvantages of the method. In the second part, the procedure of planning and making the application, technology and tools that were used to build application, making key solutions and the final result of the use of application are described.
