Master's thesis contains information about the process of education of insurance agents and
insurance brokers, and the tests have the expertise to perform insurance agency and
insurance brokerage in Slovenia and Croatia. This master thesis has covered issues
concerning the evaluation of the performance training of insurance agents and brokers,
comparing Slovenia and Croatia. This master thesis I analyzed systematically carry out
training of insurance agents and insurance brokers in both countries carry out tests expertise
to perform insurance agency and insurance brokerage, but is also presented to the European
model for quality assessment in public administration. On the basis of the study and their
experience in the field of training of insurance agents and brokers, and test expertise to
perform insurance agency and insurance brokerage I am looking for problems in this area.
Master's thesis, I split into two parts, namely theoretical and empirical part. I resorted to
various methods that I can make more detailed presentation of the area under consideration:
the method of compilation method discription, data collection methods, the method of
comparing the quantitative method, statistical method. The results were analyzed and
correlated with the theoretical part, I also acquired a review for the scoring after a European
model for assessing the quality of public administration. Based on the information obtained,
the facts and observations are proven hypothesis. The theme of the master's thesis is valid,
the results and findings of the study indicate a contribution to the art and offered possible
solutions for more efficient implementation processes, training of insurance agents and
brokers and testing expertise to perform insurance agency and insurance brokerage.
