Abstract
Uvod: V svetu je že dolgo razvita rehabilitacija pacienta s sistemom dvojnih prevlek. Ena izmed možnosti izdelave konusno podprte proteze se ponaša z uporabo kompozitnega materiala, ki služi kot retencijska sila med primarnim in sekundarnim elementom proteze. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je prikazati izdelavo konusno podprte proteze z uporabo kompozitnega materiala kot elementa retencije. Snemnoprotetičen nadomestek je bil za pacientko izdelan na podlagi pregleda domače in tuje strokovne literature ter dobrega sodelovanja med ordinacijo in zobnim laboratorijem. Metode dela: Metode dela vključujejo pregled domače in tuje literature s področja sistemov dvojnih prevlek ter poznavanja tehnologije izdelave s področja fiksnoprotetičnih in snemnoprotetičnih nadomestkov. Rezultati: V diplomskem delu je s teoretičnim in slikovnim gradivom prikazan postopek izdelave konusno podprte proteze v zobnem laboratoriju. Posamezne faze vključujejo opisan klinični del. Razprava in sklep: Izdelava konusno podprte proteze je tehnološko zahteven postopek. Z uporabo sistema za ustvarjanje trenja si določene stvari olajšamo, kar pa ne poenostavi izdelave. Rezultati praktične uporabe in predstavitve primerov v literaturi prikazujejo zanesljiv in uporaben sistem. Estetsko smo protezo nadgradili z uporabo estetskega kompozita.

Title:Conus crown supported prosthesis, using friction generating procedure : case report
Abstract:
Introduction: The world has developed rehabilitation of the patient with the systems of double crowns. One possibility of producing a conus supported prostheses is designed with the use of a composite material, which serves as a retention force between primary and secondary elements of the prosthesis. Purpose: The purpose of this dissertation is to demonstrate the production of conus crown supported prosthesis. The mechanism of achieving conus crown retention was friction generating procedure (FGP). Prosthesis was made for the patient based on a review of domestic and foreign professional literature, as well as good cooperation between dentist and dental laboratories. Methods: Methods include the review of domestic and foreign literature on systems of double crowns and knowledge of manufacturing technology in the field of fixed prosthetic and removable prosthodontic substitutes. Results: In the dissertation the theoretical and illustrative material shows the process of manufacturing conus supported prosthesis in a dental laboratory. Some phases include description of the clinical part. Discussion and conclusion: Manufacture conus supported prosthesis is technologically challenging process. By using FGP system makes things easier, but this does not simplify the manufacturing process. The results of practical application and presentation of cases in the literature showing reliable and useful system. Aesthetically we upgraded prosthesis using aesthetic composite (gingiva solution).
