Abstract
Uvod: Vztrajno ponavljajoči se konflikti, ki se ne rešujejo konstruktivno, so resen problem v poklicu zdravstvene nege. Neučinkoviti načini reševanja medosebnih konfliktov vodijo k zmanjšani profesionalni rasti, slabi enotnosti in udejstvovanju ter povečanje intenzivnosti in pogostosti konfliktov. Čustvena inteligenca velja za bistveno lastnost, ki jo mora posedovati vsaka medicinska sestra, saj z njo prepoznamo lastna in tuja čustva, občutja in vedenje ter vpliva na kakovost dela, odločanje, kritično razmišljanje in na sam rezultat zdravstvene obravnave. Transakcijska analiza nam omogoča razsvetliti mehanizem stresa, njen namen so skladna in uravnovešena ego stanja, ki nudijo pomoč pri reševanju problemov znotraj medosebnih odnosov. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je s pomočjo pregleda literature predstaviti način reševanja medosebnih konfliktov s pomočjo transakcijske analize in predstaviti komponente, ki so pomembne za uspešno medosebno komunikacijo. Metode dela: Diplomsko delo je teoretično, uporabljena je deskriptivna metoda s pregledom znanstvene in strokovne literature v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku. Razprava in sklep: Zanimanje za transakcijsko analizo počasi in vztrajno raste tudi v zdravstveni negi. Trenutno se uporablja predvsem na psihiatričnem in pediatričnem področju, v psihoterapiji, izobraževanju in superviziji. Glede na način prepoznavanja lastnih čustev in čustev drugih se lahko zavemo kako sodelujemo v določeni situaciji in kako jo lahko obvladujemo. S pomočjo transakcijske analize lahko uspešno rešujemo konflikte in gradimo prijetne medčloveške odnose, prepoznamo pozitivne dejavnike na delovnem mestu in izboljšamo družbeno okolje.

Title:Resolving interpersonal conflicts in nursing with the help of transactional analysis : literature review
Abstract:
Introduction: Conflict among nurses has been identified as a significant issue withing healthcare settings around the world. Inefficient means of resolving interpersonal conflicts leads to reduced professional growth, bad cohesion and involement, as well as an increase in the intensity and frequency of conflicts. Emotional intelligence applies to fundamental characteristic that must be held for each nurse. With it we recognise our own emotions, feelings, behaviours and those of others. It has an impact on quality of work, decision making, critical thinking and the very result of medical treatment. Transactional analysis enables us to unravel the mechanism of stress, set a coherent and balanced ego states, and thus assists in solving problems within interpersonal relationships. Purpose: The purpose of the thesis is to present a way of resolving interpersonal conflicts with the help of transactional analysis and to introduce the components which are needed for a successful communication. Methods: The descriptive method was used in the theoretical based thesis with a review of various domestic and foreign scientific literature. Discussion and conclusion:.Transactional analysis is becoming more and more popular in the field of health care. Currently used mainly in field of psychotherapy, pediatrics, education and supervision. The ability of recognising ones own feelings and emotions enables awareness of knowing how we cooporate in a certain situation and how to handle it. Conflicts can be successfully resolved with the help of transactional analysis and thus helps us build pleasant interpersonal relations, recognize the positive factors in the workplace and improve the social environment.
