The thesis focus on city tours pilot project called »Invisible Lublana«. Tours are guided by people who have experienced homelessness. The project is co-created by students of Social Pedagogy, professors, visitors of the guided tours and by the employees of association Kings of the Streets.
The thesis are based on theoretical assumptions about uncertainty in socialpedagogical work and how to deal with it; about fear of homeless in relation with physical avoidance; the idea of personal city maps; storytelling and creating of genuine dialogue, rebellion and the problem of unemployment amongst people who faced homelessness; social entrepreneurship.
The purpose of the empirical part is to check whether the project of city guided tours can be developed and implemented in practice, together with people who experienced homelessness. The data, obtained from interviews, meeting records, transcripts of guiding tour and reflections from students in the role of coordinators and visitors, is qualitatively processed and presented through the method of thematic networks. The thesis offer insights into first year of the project and gives the opportunity to learn about creating similar sociopedagogical practices.
