Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem izdelal učni model za izvajanje preprostih nalog s področja regulacijske tehnike. Učni model temelji na programirljivem logičnem krmilniku Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200, poleg krmilnika pa model sestavljata še operaterski panel in prilagodilno vezje s četveropolom, s katerim simuliramo reguliranec (npr. člen 1. reda). V osrednjem delu naloge sem predstavil idejno zasnovo učnega modela, pri katerem s pomočjo operaterskega panela nastavljamo želeno vrednost regulirane veličine in tip regulatorja ter njegove parametre, v krmilniku pa je poskrbljeno za izvajanje programske kode za regulacijski sistem z negativno povratno zanko. Programsko kodo sem izdelal v okolju TIA Portal, v katerem je za ta krmilnik mogoče uporabiti blok z že napisano kodo za PID regulator z možnostjo avtomatskega določanja optimalnih parametrov. Zaradi nekaterih omejitev vgrajene kode sem napisal tudi svojo programsko kodo PID regulatorja in na koncu podal primerjavo delovanja obeh algoritmov.

Title:Programmable logic controller Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 and PID controller
Abstract:
For my diploma thesis I created a learning model for performing simple tasks in the field of control systems. The learning model is based on a programmable logical controller Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200, it also contains the operator panel with the human-machine interface (HMI) and adapting circuit with a four-terminal box to simulate a real-world system (for example a 1st order element). In the central part of my thesis, I present the conceptual design of the learning model. For this I set the reference value of the process output and the type of controller and its parameters (with the help of the HMI) while the PLC executes the program for the control system with a negative feedback loop. I wrote the program code in the TIA Portal environment. The portal has pre-written code blocks for a PID controller with automatic parameter tuning capabilities. Due to the limitations of the pre-written code, I also wrote my own program for the PID controller and presented the comparison of the operation of both algorithms at the end of the thesis.
