V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni sklopi iz zemljiškega katastra. V prvem delu je predstavljena vloga in pomen zemljiškega katastra v današnji družbi. Drugi del se nanaša na ureditev meje in s tem lastništva v upravnem postopku. Tretji del pa predstavlja sodno ureditev meje in vlogo sodnega izvedenca geodetske stroke. V nalogi je opisana tudi aktualna zakonodaja s področja urejanja in evidentiranja nepremičnin.

Abstract

The thesis presents separate parts from the land cadaster. The first part presents the role and importance of the land cadaster in modern society. The second part is focused on the entire process of boundary determination in the administration procedure. The third part is focused on judicial procedure of boundary determination and the role of law court and the role of surveying cadastral expert. The paper presents also the current legislation from the field of registration of real property.
