Abstract
Pričujoče diplomsko delo obravnava napredno elektrarno s tlačnovodnim reaktorjem in zanesljivost električnega napajanja komandne sobe. Prvo poglavje predstavi energijsko problematiko v luči ekonomskega razvoja in boja proti podnebnim spremembam. Drugo poglavje obravnava osnove jedrske fizike. Fizikalni koncept vezalne energije je predstavljen. Tretje poglavje predstavi osnove reaktorske fizike. Pomembnost moderacije nevtronov je opisana. Četrto poglavje obravnava temeljne koncepte jedrske varnosti. Koncept globinske obrambe je predstavljen in energijski viri, ki lahko vodijo do taljenja sredice. Osrednji del diplomske naloge je predstavitev napredne tlačnovodne elektrarne in analiza zanesljivosti napajanja komandne sobe elektrarne. Peto poglavje obravnava splošno zasnovo napredne elektrarne, s poudarkom na varnostnih sistemih. Šesto poglavje predstavi metodo drevesa odpovedi, ki je bila metoda uporabljena za analizo zanesljivosti električnega napajanja komandne sobe. Opisana je konstrukcija drevesa odpovedi in njeni gradniki. Sedmo poglavje opiše zasnovo električnega napajanja komandne sobe napredne elektrarne in predstavi rezultate analize izgube napajanja komandne sobe. Rezultat verjetnosti izgube napajanja komandne sobe, zaradi svojega izjemno majhnega velikostnega razreda, kaže na potrebo po vključitvi modeliranja odpovedi s skupnim vzrokom kot tudi tveganje človeškega faktorja pri analizah z metodo drevesa odpovedi.

Title:Electric power system reliability of evolutionary nuclear power plant with pressurized water reactor
Abstract:
The following thesis examines advanced power station with pressurized reactor and the reliability of electrical supply to the control room of the power station. In the first chapter the issue of energy supply in the light of economic development and mitigation of climate change is introduced. In the second chapter the basics of nuclear physics are introduced. The physical concept of binding energy is examined. In the third chapter the basics of reactor physics are presented. Importance of neutron moderation is examined. In the fourth chapter the fundamentals of reactor safety are presented. The concept of defense in depth and energy sources, which may lead to accident are examined. In the fifth chapter general design of advanced power station with pressurized reactor is examined, with the emphasis of safety systems. In the sixth chapter the fault tree method is presented, which was the method used for the analysis of reliability of electrical supply to the control room of the power station. The elements of the fault tree and its construction is examined. In the seventh chapter the design of the electrical supply to the control room of the advanced power station is examined and the results of the analysis of its reliability. The result of the loss of electrical power to the control room shows the necessity to incorporate modeling of common cause failures and risk of human factor in the analysis with the fault tree method.
