Uporabnost tržne sestavljanke za konstruiranje pri osnovnošolskem predmetu Tehnika in tehnologija

Abstract
V okviru obveznega osnovnošolskega predmeta Tehnike in Tehnologije (6.-8. razred) učenci konstruirajo izdelke. Za ta namen se običajno uporabi ena izmed konstrukcijskih sestavljank za učne namene. Delo predstavlja alternativno možnost uporabe tržne konstrukcijske sestavljanke Pila Mini, proizvajalca Burkhardt Leitner Constructiv. Primerna je za sestavljanje statičnih konstrukcij, ki so realne v dimenzijah in nosilnosti. Zato lahko učenci rešujejo dejanski problem, rešitev pa je po zahtevnosti umerjena na raven njihovega znanja. Diplomsko delo je namenjeno učiteljem tehnike. Obsega primerjavo (nosilnost, možnost kombiniranja sestavnih delov, širina uporabe, in cena.) izbrane tržne konstrukcije s v šolskem prostoru uveljavljeno konstrukcijsko sestavljanko Fischertecnik. Dalje zajema načrtovanje in konstruiranje po didaktičnem modelu konstrukcijske naloge. Načrtovanje je izvedeno s pomočjo programskega orodja za tridimenzionalno virtualno konstruiranje. Podana so kratka navodila za delo s programskim orodjem na konkretnem primeru in za izdelavo tehniške dokumentacije. Podana so še navodila in prikaz fizičnega sestavljanja konstrukcijskega sestava, ki je predstavljen kot vzorčni primer za konstruiranje s programskim orodjem. Na koncu so opisani še trije primeri sestavov – klop, trije različni regali in stena.

Title:Economical construction building set usability for the purpose of primary school constructing at Design and Technology
Abstract:
Pupils from 6th to 8th grade construct different real world models at Design and technology obligatory primary schoool subject. Usually one of didactical construction set is used for that purpose (Fischertechnics, Lego). Thesis presents economical construction set Pila Mini (Burkhardt Leitner Constructiv) as an possible alternative to the used construction set. It is suitable for building real constructions in dimension as well in load. Pupils are motivated to solve an actual real world problem scalled down to their level of knowledge. Group target is Design and technology primary school teacher.A comparison of the chosen construction set Fischertechnik is given regarding number of different assembling possibilities, maximum load, variety of real world models/application possibilities, and price. Furthermore it contains planning and constructioning following a special model for construction assignment. Program tool for three dimensional drawing was used for planning and virtual assembling of the construction. Construction assignment example is described along with all the instructions for virtual and physical assembling. At the end, several constructions (a bench, three different regales and a wall) made with the chosen construction set are presented.
