Analiza posledic porušitve pregrade Vogršček : diplomska naloga

Poplavna varnost je zelo pomembna, saj so posledice, ki nastanejo ob porušitvi pregrad katastrofalne in kažejo vplive še leta po porušitvi. V svoji diplomski nalogi sem opisal nasuto pregrado Vogršček, ki je tudi največja zemeljska pregrada v Sloveniji. Pregrada služi za namakanje kmetijskih površin dolvodno. Opredelil sem možnosti porušitve pregrade in analiziral posledice, ki bi nastale ob porušitvi. Ugotovil sem, da lahko z rednimi varnostnimi tehničnimi pregledi močno zmanjšamo možnosti porušitve, skoraj z zanemarljivimi vplivi dolvodno. Pregrada, ki se načeloma lahko poruši le ob katastrofalnem potresu ali v primeru nekih drugih izrednih razmer, spada vseeno v kategorijo gradbenih objektov z največjim tveganjem v Sloveniji. V primeru porušitve, se z hitrim odzivom in obveščanjem lahko reši mnoga življenja.

• Title: Analysis of the consequences of the Vogršček dam failure

Abstract

The safty of flooding is very important,because the consequences that appear by the destruction of the large dam are catastrophical and are seen even years after the destruction. In my thesis i have described the large dam called Vogrscek, which is also the biggest large dam in Slovenia. The large dam serves as watering of farmlands downstream. I have studied the possibilities of the destruction of the large dam and analyzed the conseqencess that could appear. I have come to the conclussion, that we can prevent the possibility of destruction with frequent technical checks to the point that it almost can't appear. The large dam that can be destroyed only in the case of an catastrophical earthquke, or in some other special cases, is still one of the most dangerous constructional objects in Slovenia. With a quick reaction and informing in the case of destruction , there can be saved a lot of lifes.
