Abstract
V diplomskem delu so predstavljene zgradbe, osnovne lastnosti, delitve in izvedbe teh naprav. Posebna pozornost je namenjena hibridnim kompenzatorjem. Opisane so njihove topologije, najpogostejše konfiguracije in njihova uporaba. Poleg prednosti in slabosti so predstavljeni tudi osnovni principi krmiljenja teh naprav. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela je prikazana izvedba simulacije delovanja paralelnega hibridnega kompenzatorja s paralelno vezavo pasivnega in aktivnega dela s programskim orodjem PSCAD. Za potrebe krmiljenje se uporabi proporcionalno-integralni (PI) regulator. V zaključku so predstavljeni rezultati simulacije v grafični in številski obliki ter ovrednotena učinkovitost delovanja regulacijskega algoritma.

Title:Parallel hybrid-filter for reactive power compensation
Abstract:
A proportion of non-linear loads, which are considered as one of major harmonic polluters, is growing increasingly in the industrial and distribution electric power systems. To prevent harmonic current and voltage distortion as well as reactive power compensation a greater amount of compensation devices is used. They are in general divided into passive, active and hybrid devices, the later considered as their simultaneous combination. This thesis presents the structure, basic features, division and practical executions of these devices. Special attention is given to hybrid compensation devices. Their topologies, most common configurations and their use is described. Their advantages and disadvantages as well as basic principles of control algorithms are presented. In the second part of the thesis a simulation of shunt hybrid compensation device with passive and active part connected in parallel is shown with the use of PSCAD software. For the purposes of control algorithm a proportional-integral (PI) controller is used. In conclusion of the thesis the simulation results in graphic and numeric forms are presented as well as evaluation of performance of used control algorithm is made.
