Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena možnost vzpostavitve tri-razsežnega grafičnega modela stavb kot del podatkovnega modela 3D-katastra nepremičnin v Sloveniji, in sicer na podlagi podatkov zemljiškega katastra, katastra stavb in podatkov geodetske terenske izmere. Opredeljen je 3D-kataster nepremičnin, kjer je posebej predstavljen model zemljiške administracije LADM, ki postavlja koncept mnogonamenskega katastra ter model za 3D-kataster. Dodatno so predstavljene izkušnje izbranih tujih držav na področju 3D-katastra. Kot izhodišče za vzpostavitev 3D-modelov nepremičnin v okviru katastra je predstavljen kataster v Sloveniji s poudarkom na katastru stavb in koordinatnem katastru. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela so prikazani trije primeri stavb, za katere smo s programsko rešitvijo AutoCAD izdelali žične modele ter s programskimi orodji SketchUp 3D-modele stavb. Slednje smo izdelali v skladu s standardom CityGML, na različnih ravneh podrobnosti (LoD). V zaključku smo podali ugotovitve, kakšni katastrski podatki so trenutno že na voljo in katere bi še rabili za vzpostavitev 3D-katastra nepremičnin v Sloveniji.

Title:Use of cadastral data for establishment of 3D cadastre
Abstract:
In the diploma thesis, the establishment of three-dimensional graphical model of buildings is presented, as a part of a 3D real property cadastre data model in Slovenia. The model is based on land cadastral and building cadastral data as well as field surveying data. A special attention is given to the land administration model LADM, which introduces the concept of multifunctional 3D-cadastre. Additionally, experiences in the field of 3D-cadastre of the selected foreign countries are introduced. As a fundament of the proposed solution, the Slovenian cadastral system is presented, with the emphasis on the building cadastre and the coordinate land cadastre. In the empirical part of the diploma thesis, three study cases for the selected buildings are discussed, for which wireframe models using the AutoCAD software, and 3D-graphical models using the SketchUp software have been constructed. 3D-models were created in accordance to the CityGML standard, for different levels of detail (LoD). In the conclusion, findings regarding the current cadastral data and additional data about real properties are presented, with the emphasize on the additional data needed data for the construction of 3D real property cadastre in Slovenia.
