Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem predstavil pregled in meritve nizkonapetostnih električnih inštalacij v skladu s slovenskim standardom SIST HD 60364 6 ter pregled in meritve sistema za zaščito stavb pred delovanjem strele v skladu s slovenskim standardom SIST EN 62305 3. Zajet je pregled veljavne zakonodaje ter izpostavljene razlike med trenutno in prej veljavno zakonodajo. Predstavljene so nevarnosti električnega toka za zdravje ljudi in prva pomoč pri električnem udaru, nato zaščitni ukrepi za varovanje objektov pred požarom in opreme pred prenapetostmi. Napisani so pogoji za preglednika in potrebno merilno opremo, vključno s predpisanimi merilnimi metodami. Prikazan in analiziran je tudi praktični primer poteka pregleda s tipičnimi nepravilnostmi.

Title:Inspections and measurements of electrical installations
Abstract:
This thesis introduces a verification of low-voltage electrical installations in compliance with the Slovene standard SIST HD 60364-6, as well as a verification of lightning protection system (LPS) in compliance with the Slovene standard SIST EN 62305 3. The thesis includes an overview of the applicable legislation and underlines the differences between the existing legislation and the one no longer in force. The dangers of electrical current as well as protection for safety have also been included into the thesis. Furthermore, the conditions for the verifier and the verification equipment have been listed alongside a description and analysis of a practical example of a verification. The practical example of the process as well as typical incorrectness are shown and analysed.
