Vpis rekonstruirane lokalne ceste v zemljiški kataster : diplomska naloga

V nalogi je prikazana rekonstrukcija lokalne ceste, ki povezuje naselje Dragučova z javno cesto. Cesta poteka po privatnih zemljiščih, zato je v nalogi opisan postopek pridobitev lastninske pravice na zemljiščih, kjer poteka cesta, katastrska izmera ceste z upravnim postopkom vpisa v zemljiški kataster in vpis v zemljiško knjigo. Posebno poglavje je namenjeno postopku kategorizacije ceste.

• Title: An entry of reconstructed local road into the land cadastral

Abstract

The thesis described the reconstruction of the local road connecting the village Dragučova to the public road. The road runs along the private land, so the thesis describes the process for obtaining the right to possess a property by the roadside, cadastral registry of the road with administrative procedures of cadastral registrations entries, and land register. A special chapter is devoted to process of road classification.
