Abstract
Diplomsko delo Vpeljava elektromotornega pogona AMI 110 NL UL v proizvodni proces obsega posamezne korake nadgradnje proizvodne linije ter vpeljavo novega tipa elektromotornega pogona v proizvodni proces. V prvem delu diplomskega dela predstavljam družino elektromotornih pogonov AMV/E 110 NL. Opisane so tehnične karakteristike pogonov iz te družine ter način uporabe v aplikacijah skupaj z ventilom AB-QM. V nadaljevanju je na kratko opisana organizacija Underwriters Laboratories, z zahtevami, ki smo jih morali doseči za pridobitev certifikata UL. V tem poglavju so opisane tehnične razlike pogona AMI 110 NL od pogonov, ki jih že proizvajamo na proizvodni liniji. V nadaljevanju je opisana definicija analize FMEA, pri čemer je narejen primer za del analize PFMEA, ki smo jo naredili za vpeljavo pogona AMI 110 NL UL v proizvodni proces. V drugem delu je opisana proizvodna linija ter proces sestave in testiranja pogonov pred spremembami. V nadaljevanju so opisane vse spremembe, ki jih je bilo potrebno narediti na liniji, od spremembe mazalne procedure, vpeljave novih testnih palet, vpeljave avtomatske naprave za sestavo podsestava ter strojne in programske nadgradnje testne naprave. Opisana je tudi sama testna procedura za zagotavljanje ustrezne kakovosti izdelka, ki je bila definirana na podlagi zahtev iz produktne specifikacije. V zadnjem delu je prikazano novo stanje na liniji skupaj z zahtevami standarda TS. Vključuje izdelavo plana obvladovanja, nastavitvenih navodil, delovnih navodil in režima dela za ta tip pogona.

Title:Launch of a new actuator to the production process
Abstract:
The title of the thesis, Launch of a actuator in the production process, includes the individual steps in upgrading a production line and the introduction of a new type of actuator in the manufacturing process. In the first part of the thesis we introduce a family of actuators AMV/E 110 NL. Technical characteristics of actuators are presented and usage in applications together with the valve AB-QM is shown. Then follows a short description of Underwriters Laboratories, with the requirements, that have to be met, to achieve UL certification. This chapter describes the technical differences of the actuator AMI 110 NL from the actuators, which are being produced on the production line. What follows is the definition of the analysis FMEA and a part of the analysis PFMEA, which was made before the introduction of the actuator AMI 110 NL UL in the manufacturing process. The second part describes the production line and the assembly process and testing of actuators before the change. Then all the changes to the production line are depicted. These include changes in lubrication procedures, introduction of new test palettes, introduction of automatic device for sub-assembly, hardware and software upgrades on testing device. Test procedure for the adequate quality of the product was introduced on the basis of the requirements of the product specifications. In the last part, the new status on the line with the requirements of standard TS, is presented. It includes control plan, setting instructions, working instructions and working regime for this type of actuator.
