Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljena metoda 3D obravnave elektromagnetnega polja visokonapetostnih nadzemnih vodov, s katero se, bolj kot kadarkoli prej, v treh dimenzijah približamo dejanskemu območju preseganja mejnih vrednosti. Metoda združuje uporabo modeliranja nadzemnega voda v treh dimenzijah z uporabo različnih podrobnih prostorskih podatkov. Prikazana je uporaba topografskih podatkov za konstrukcijo modela nadzemnega voda, zemeljskega profila ali stavb. Georeferencirane vektorske podatkovne sloje uporabimo za določitev občutljivosti prostora na vplive elektromagnetnega polja VN voda. Z združitvijo tridimenzionalnega modela z izračuni in vseh podrobnih prostorskih podatkov v treh dimenzijah vizualiziramo rezultate izračunov na posameznih mikrolokacijah. Podane so uporabljene metode za izračun elektromagnetnega polja, njihove omejitve ter način obravnave v okviru teh omejitev. Predstavljen je problem kakovosti georeferenciranja podatkov iz različnih virov. Podan je način za ustrezno vrednotenje izračunanih vrednosti ob upoštevanju kakovosti prostorskih podatkov. Prikazana je tudi uporaba metode za obravnavo celotne emisije elektromagnetnega polja več nevzporedno potekajočih nadzemnih vodov in njihovih križanj. Predstavljeno metodo uporabljamo tako v postopkih umeščanja visokonapetostnih vodov v prostor kot po umestitvi, za dopolnitev prvih meritev ali obratovalnega monitoringa.

Title:DEVELOPMENT OF METHOD FOR 3D ANALYSIS OF HIGH-VOLTAGE OVERHEAD LINES ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS
Abstract:
The thesis presents an analysis method of high-voltage overhead lines electromagnetic fields in three dimensions for closer approach to the actual range of exceedances. The method combines modeling of high-voltage overhead lines in three dimensions with variety of detailed spatial data. It shows the use of topographic data for constructing a model of high-voltage overhead lines, ground profile or buildings. Georeferenced vector data layers are used to determine the sensitivity of the area to electromagnetic fields effects of high-voltage overhead lines. By combining the three-dimensional model calculations and all the detailed spatial data the results of calculations in three dimensions are visualized on individual micro locations. Calculation method of electromagnetic field are presented with their limitations and approach in dealing with these limitations. Method for appropriate results valuation, regarding quality of georeferenced spatial data from different sources is presented. Calculation of parallel and crossing overhead lines electromagnetic fields is presented. The presented method is used, both in the process of high-voltage overhead lines siting, as the complement of initial measurements or operational monitoring.
