The thesis describes the documentation required for the residential building, that needs to be present on the construction site on general contractor‘s side. The chapters follow in the same sequence as the site works. As a consequence, we present first the documentation that needs to be prepared prior to the construction. The main part of the thesis presents detailed description of all required documents that are necessary for uninterrupted and quality construction. The final part presents the documentation required for the successful technical review, so that operation permit can be obtained; handing over the structure to the owner, preparation of the final bill and performance bond; and finally, listing the building into the official databases. In the last chapter is presented an example of single-family house.
