Sistem za avtomatizirano nastavljanje proizvodnih strojev

Diplomsko delo opisuje razvit sistem za avtomatizirano nastavljanje strojev pri proizvodnji elektro-izolacijskih cevi in kablov. Uporabnik preko razvite spletne aplikacije izbere tip izdelka in stroj, ki ga želi uporabiti. Sistem nato izbrani stroj avtomatično ustrezno nastavi. Aplikacija je razvita v programskem jeziku C#. Komunikacija med sistemom in stroji poteka preko protokola ModBUS RTU. Nastavitve komunikacije in parametri, ki jih sistem pošilja na stroje, se hranijo v podatkovni bazi Microsoft SQL Server. Aplikacija omogoča tudi urejanje te baze.

Abstract

The thesis describes a developed system for automated setting of machines in a production of electro-insulating tubes and cables. Using a developed web application, a user chooses a type of product and a machine he wants to use. Afterwards, the system automatically properly sets the machine. The application is developed in programming language C#. The communication between the system and the machines is executed through protocol ModBUS RTU. The communication settings and the parameters that the system sends to machines are stored in a database Microsoft SQL Server. The application also allows you to edit this database.
