Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava avtomatizacijo linije za transport in akumulacijo EuroPool palet in Roll kontejnerjev v skladišču trgovskega blaga. V uvodnem delu so opisani sklopi transportne linije ter tehnologija delovanja. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena idejna zasnova in izbira električnih komponent za izvedbo varnega in zanesljivega delovanja linije. Osrednji del diplomskega dela opisuje povezovanje izbrane opreme in komponent v celoto. Predstavljene so logične sheme, na podlagi katerih so izdelani funkcijski bloki, ki vsebujejo programsko kodo za krmiljenje transporterjev. V delu je uporabljenih več vrst industrijskih komunikacijskih protokolov, ki zagotavljajo nemoteno delovanje linije, enostavno povezovanje z ostalimi sistemi in omogočajo nadaljnjo nadgradnjo ali razširitev. Predstavljena je tudi konfiguracija varnostnih in izvršilnih komponent transportne linije. Delo se zaključi s kratkim opisom zagona in testiranja delovanja transportne linije v ročnem in avtomatskem režimu obratovanja.

Title:
Automated line for transport and accumulation of warehouse units
Abstract:
This diploma work focuses on automatization of a line for transport and accumulation of EuroPool pallets and Roll containers in a merchandise warehouse. In the introductory part, the transport line and its operation principle is described. Next, a basic concept of the transport line is introduced and a selection of key electrical components that enable a safe and reliable operation of the line is proposed. The main part of the diploma work describes how the selected equipment and components are integrated into the final project. Based on logical schemes, a set of function blocks containing program code to control the transporters can be written. In the work, several industrial communication protocols were used. They serve for an uninterrupted line operation, connectivity to other systems, transport line upgrade or extension. Furthermore, a configuration procedure for safety elements and actuators of the transport line is presented. At the end, a short description of a line start-up and testing in manual and automatic mode is given.
